The Brian Kludt Mortgage Team participated in Habitat for Humanity’s A Brush With Kindness Week. Volunteers helped with house or yard repairs for selected families. We helped take down and rebuild a fence for a family with an autistic son. The family wanted to ensure safety for their son, so we stepped in to make it happen. Brian is a coach for The CORE Training, a Real Estate and Mortgage consulting company. This week was also The CORE’s Change the Planet Week, where they encouraged members of The CORE to volunteer and make a difference in their community. This event was a huge win all around and a very rewarding one indeed!

A Brush with Kindness is an exterior home preservation program that offers painting, landscaping and minor repair services to eligible homeowners so they can continue to live in safe, decent homes for years to come.
